Founded in late 2009 in Baghdad, “IT House for Computers & Electronic Systems” launched with official registration from the Ministry of Trade and the Iraqi IT Commission. From the outset, we’ve embraced a clear vision: to empower Iraqi and Arab institutions to undergo full digital transformation through the fusion of global tech and local expertise.
In its first two years, Tech House forged strategic alliances with Microsoft, IBM, and Google—developing initial integrated software solutions for public and private clients. It also began offering infrastructure services and high-availability server solutions.
Over the past 15 years, Tech House grew from 10 engineers to over 100 specialists in software, cybersecurity, and digital governance. We launched Baghdad’s first tech incubator, trained thousands in partnership with key ministries, and completed 50+ digital projects across Iraq.
